Before you arrive
Book online for either free slot — Wednesday 18:30 with Leanne, or Sunday 09:45. Wear whatever you train in, bring a bottle of water, and turn up ten minutes early so a coach can say hello properly. That’s it: no forms to fill in beforehand, and no kit to buy.
What the session actually looks like
You’re not thrown to the wolves. A coach walks you through a proper warm-up, then a small group works through a programme that’s already written for the day — strength, conditioning, or a mix. Everything scales: if a movement’s new, or an old injury flares, you get a version that works for you. You’re never stood in a corner wondering what to do next.
Afterwards
Grab a coffee, protein shake or smoothie from the bar, meet a few of the regulars, and have a proper chat about what you’re after — fitter, stronger, leaner, or just moving again. No hard sell. If it’s for you, we’ll talk options. If it’s not, you’ve still had a free coached session and a brew.
Common questions
Do I need to be fit to come?
No. The whole point of a coached small group is that the session bends to you, not the other way round. Complete beginners train alongside people who’ve been going for years.
Is it really free?
Yes — no card, no sign-up, no obligation. Two sessions a week are free to try, on us.
What should I bring?
Trainers, something you can move in, and a water bottle. We’ll sort the rest.
