YOUR BODY AND MIND

FITBOX
CONDITIONING

This class is aimed at all fitness levels concentrating on three areas:

Metcon Zone - building up fitness levels through running, all ergs ski, row, bikes and some body weight and lighter weight exercise.

Strength Zone - this will be working on different styles mixed between weight lifting, Olympic lifting and some form of body building, whilst ensuring progress with all compound movements through coaching and monitoring. 

Conditioning Zone - get ready to get a sweat on by using a vast array of equipment and skill sets including  gymnastics mixed with barbells, dumbbells and all over body conditioning. This class will be MYZone linked.

FITBOX
FUNCTIONAL

Medium to fast paced class available for all levels. Lots of barbell movements mixed with all functional patterns building on strength and fitness. This class will offer a coaching base to practice and develop skills and barbell movements and some gymnastic skill sets. This class will be MyZone linked.

BARBELL
CLASS

Class available for all levels. This new style class will be concentrating on developing strength and Olympic lifting. Snatch and clean and jerk with all accessory movements to ensure your barbell skill set is improving through strength, form and technique.

Small group PT sessions that are aimed beginner to intermediate levels. This small group package is perfect for anyone wanting to have a little more one on one guidance in training and development. You will be coached through three zones. 

1 - Fitness zone. This area will improve fitness and heart and lungs with use of fitness ergs, ski, row, bikes and some running.

 

2- Strength Zone. Our PTs will work on developing your overall strength including weight lifting and body building style with some Olympic lifts to get your started. 

3- Circuit Conditioning Zone. This zone is will be a little more fast paced to burn calories with lots of different equipment and training methods including kettlebells, dumbells, box jumps, skipping and lots, lots more.

INDOOR
CYCLING

Fast paced, high energy fat burning class with a body conditioning blast at the end. Perfect for those who want to burn fat and get fit quickly with minimal impact on the joints. Music, lights and lots of positive energy!!

HYROX
CLASS

Fast paced class ranging between 30 mins + this class will highly develop your fitness levels and is a great way to lose weight and improve cardio levels. A system designed to be simple but a very effective format. Join our competition team which will be participating in events throughout the year.

Intense Workout

METABOLIC
CONDITIONING

Metcon - Metabolic resistance training (or “metabolic training” for short) is a workout strategy to maximise calorie burn both during and after your workout. To achieve this result, you give a maximum physical effort through a series of compound movements (using more than one muscle group at a time) for a short, intense period.
